1. Choose an apartment and request a reservation.
In the search section of our home page you may choose your destination, you can fill in the arrival and departure date and the number of people travelling. Select among the apartment listed the one you are more interested into and forward a booking request by completing the form.
You will receive a confirmation of your booking within 24 hours by the owner of the property.
The moment the owner of the property will confirm the availability, you will receive an email confirmation with the booking details, the contact details of the owner and all the information to reach the place. Only in this phase of the process, when the apartment is already reserved for you for the dates requested, there will be a transaction made with your selected method of payment, paypal or credit card and a deposit of 30% will be taken for the reservation.
With this payment, the dates for that property are blocked and your reservation is guaranteed. It is non-refundable, as indicated in our Cancellation fee and No-show Policy.
Our calendars are always up to date but it may happen that the apartment you chose might have been just booked by someone else. It may happen. In that case, if the owner of the property refuses your reservation request, nothing will be charged to your card and you will be able to proceed and request availability for a different property, or you can ask our support via email and you will be assisted in your research of the apartment that better reflects your expectations. If you have any doubts, queries or further requests you can contact us via email, Skype, WhatsApp or by phone.
Most of the properties we offer in our site require the payment of the balance upon arrival at the apartment. In other cases, the property owner requires a payment in advance or a deposit.
This information is always indicated in the page of each property, in the tab “House Rules”. Moreover, in the confirmation email we send you to confirm your reservation, you will find the “Particular conditions of your property”. It is very important that you respect them and that you contact the owner in case you have to pay something in advance. On the contrary, your reservation could be cancelled.
To improve our service constantly we would be happy if you share the experience of your stay with us after your return and send us an e-mail or write a review. Please notice that South Italy Apartments is not the owner of the apartments. A rental contract is made between you and the landlord of the apartment.
Full settlement of your stay will be requested upon your arrival at the property or you will be able to pay it in advance by agreeing it with the owner.
3. Your arrival
Get in touch with the owner at least 7 days prior to your arrival and arrange an appointment with him/her in order to obtain the keys to the apartment.
