How can I find the accommodation that suits my needs ?

you can search by city/location by writing the name in the “destination” field on our home page and filter you research with number of people and dates.

Where would I find the prices of the properties ?

You will find the exact prices in the price grid of the property you select. All published prices are referred to the price of the apartment or room, per night and for 2 people.

How can I check the availability of a property?

You can check the availability and final price of a property by inserting the dates you wish in the form. In case the apartment is available you can immediately proceed with the reservation and you will receive immediately the confirmation in your email inbox.

We remind you that until their final confirmation within 24 hours from the request, the properties are not liable and therefore they may cancel your request for the dates even thought they showed it available earlier.

Once you have found the property that suits your needs, you can reserve it and pay the deposit to guarantee it with the following options :

choosing Paypal as method of payment, you will be redirected to Paypal webpage where you will have to make the deposit transaction of 30% of the total amount (100% if it is less than 15 days from the arrival to the property) from your personal account. You will receive an email confirmation of the authorisation to proceed (until the owner of the apartment will accept your transaction) and then you will have confirmation by Paypal and SouthItaly. choosing credit card as your method of payment you will be redirected to the landing page of your Bank, where you can make the transaction for the deposit of 30% (or 100% if it is less than 15 days from the arrival). You will receive an email confirmation of the authorisation to proceed (until the owner of the apartment will accept your transaction) and then you will have confirmation by your credit card provider and SouthItaly.

Payments are secure to a high standard (Protocollo ssl3 a 128 bit). Your details will never be sent neither to SouthItaly nor to the owner of the apartment but they will be dealt with only by the Bank. This is the safest and most efficient way to protect your privacy: your credit card details will never be disclosed and the properties will receive payments without seeing your bank details.

Where can I find the address, telephone number or email of the property ?

After the property has accepted your reservation, you will receive an email confirmation with all the details .

I have made a reservation but I have not received the email of the confirmation. What should I do?

Check your spam folder of your email inbox. Or ask for the email to be resent to :

How can I cancel a booking ?

All reservations can be cancelled by sending an email to : booking@southitalyapartments.com After your reservation has been cancelled you will receive confirmation of the cancellation via email. The property will receive an email with the cancellation as well, so you will not have to contact them directly.

Only reservations within the “ cancellation policy terms” agreed by the property will be cancelled without penalty.

If your reservation is cancelled within the cancellation policy terms there will not be any penalty fee.

the cancellation has to be done complying with the procedure mentioned above.

How can I verify that my reservation has been cancelled ?

You will receive an email confirming the cancellation.

By making a reservation at a property, you will accept the terms and conditions of cancellation as agreed by the property .

The cancellation policy agreed by each individual property are listed before proceeding with the final confirmation of your reservation and are also clearly visible in the confirmation email after the reservation has been done.

If the cancellation is made within the cancellation policy deadline you will have full reimbursement of your deposit. If the cancellation is made after the deadline, your deposit will not be reimbursed .
